Faith Fitness and Laughter

Just a few more days left!  I don’t know about you, but this last week has just been a blur.  As a banker, Christmas time is a busy time for us.  Everyone needs money to get those gifts!! :)  Yesterday was no exception.  Busy!  I am interested to see what this Friday is going to be like.  I guess this week has also made me brain-dead.  I totally flaked on a meeting that I was supposed to be at last night.  Agh!   To find a new pastor, my church is going through this interim process and having these meetings is part of that process.  Brandi was not there…:(   I was so brain-dead that I went to bed at 8:30 and didn’t get up this morning until 7:15.  Maybe I just needed some sleep.  I also woke up to rain this morning, which is great when you can sleep in, but not so great when you have to drive and work in it… :/

Yesterday’s breakfast was a nice change…English Muffin, with 1 slice of turkey bacon, egg, and some organic blueberry spread.

Not the best pictures, but it sure did taste good. 

For lunch I finished off the quinoa/brown rice, chicken and green bean mix.  Surprisingly still just as good.

When it came to last night’s dinner, I wanted something a little different.

In the mix:  Whole Wheat pasta, with roasted broccoli, and some tofurky, with some roasted sweet potato’s on the side.  (which I am currently obsessed with)

Since I went to bed early last night, there wasn’t much action with anything.   I am about to enjoy probably the best cup of coffee that I will drink…..today.
