It’s Friday and I couldn’t be more happy about it!

With the long weekend looming, I DID NOT want to get up this morning, but I managed to crawl out of bed and get my groove on with my workout.

Post workout I wanted some protein so I stuck with the English Muffin, egg, and turkey bacon combo.
