Morning! I hope everyone is having a great Saturday so far. I was able to sleep in (8:00!!) and that felt amazing. I probably could have just stayed in bed, but I would have felt like I had slept the day away. No big plans this weekend, but I am hoping to catch up with my BF Angey later today.

I read this devotion this morning and thought that I would share it with you:
Come to Me, and rest in My loving Presence. You know that this day will bring difficulties, and you are trying to think your way through those trials. As you anticipate what is ahead of you, you forget that I am with you–now and always. Rehearsing your troubles results in experiencing them many times, whereas you are meant to go through them only when they actually occur. Do no multiply your suffering in this way! Instead, come to Me, and relax in My Peace. I will strengthen you and prepare you for this day, transforming your fear into confident trust.
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Yoke=A bar of wood that was used to unite two animals.
Workout: The Firm Cardio Fusion. This workout felt great! It incoroporated some stretching and lengthening moves. No high impact moves. All about muscle recovery!
I hope you have a great rest of the day and don’t forget to relax!
