Workouts for the week and a Pizookie!

Hola!  Just wanted to pop in and see how everyone’s night is going. :)   I also wanted to give you my workouts that I have planned for the week.  I will be posting them in the Workout page as well.  Don’t forget to check there just in case one of them changes!

 

Workouts for the week of 2/13/2012:

 

Monday:  Jackie 30 Day Fast Start (toning upper and lower body) 44 minutes

Tuesday:  The Firm Cardio Party 31 minutes/BodyRock Challenge Wk 2 Day 1

Wednesday:  Jillian Michael’s Killer Buns and Thighs (lower body)

Thursday:  The Firm Cardio Dance Slim down 40 minutes

Friday:  Jackie 30 Day Fast Start (upper and lower body)

Saturday:  The Firm Cardio Sculpt Fusion: yoga and Pilates moves

Sunday:  Rest

 

I tried to incorporate different workouts that will work different target zones…..And on Saturday, the workout is mostly stretching type moves and I love it!

 

Today’s meals:

 

Brown rice/quinoa mix, steamed green beans, grilled chicken breast.

 

Chocolate Pizookie recipe from Ashley’s My Food ‘N’ Fitness Diaries.  :)  It was divine!
