Moving in slow motion

Morning Thursday!!   Frankly I am so glad that it’s Thursday.  Did you see So You Think You Can Dance last night??  Love that show!  I think I am going to try hip-hop dancing.  I really am.  :)

 

Yesterday went by pretty fast, but when it turned 4:00 p.m. somehow time started to move in slow motion.  Don’t ya love it when that happens?  Really, I don’t.

 

So, Monday my dr’s appointment was cancelled (by the Dr.) and was moved to this afternoon.  What am I going for?  Well, I am actually going to have some blood drawn to get my hormone levels checked.  I really can’t wait to have this done.  Oddly enough, I really hope they are off.  It would explain some things.  If they are ok??  Then I am just nuts….;)

 

 

Workout:

Today’s workout is another session of Yoga and lower body.  My plan is to do the lower body before work and then end my day with some stretching.  The lower body workout??   Jillian Michael’s Killer Buns and Thighs.

 

 

Breakfast:

Yum!  The bananas that I bought had started to get a few spots on them, so I thought that I had better use one!  :)
