Have you ever seen that show Hoarding: Buried Alive? Holy cow! Ahhh, don’t ya just love Sunday marathon days??? Anyway, on with this awesome Monday! I don’t know if you have ever watched the show, but it’s actually a pretty good show. This is the first time that I have ever watched it and really felt a pang for these people who do this. In every case something emotional had scared them.
I am so grateful for so many things in my life right now. I am even thankful for hard journey’s that we have to take to get to a place of peace. Part of the change that has to happen inside of us and even on the outside takes place in this journey. Sometimes it’s so hard to just put one foot in front of the other, but I am so thankful for me feet. Yes, they need a pedicure, but who cares right! He he.
- My legs (it’s the strongest part on my body)
- a bed to sleep in
- my upbringing (thank you mom and dad)
- early morning runs
- compassion. People just want to be loved, ya know.
Snack: protein bar/or clementine…or both
Dinner: egg sandwich with veggies
Run!! My plan is to do 2 miles today. I go into work late, so I am going to head over to my friend’s house to use her treadmill. Yes, I am addicted. I love it. I really do. Easy 2 miler. I am not sure, but I don’t think that ‘miler’ is a word. ;p
Right now running is the only form of cardio that I am doing. I am not ashamed! I am still enjoying it so much, but I really want to keep doing it right. I don’t want to injure myself to a point that I can’t continue. So, I am just taking it one run at a time.
Don’t forget to love yourself today. Just get through today and tomorrow will take care of itself.
