Up early even on a day off. :) It’s Columbus Day! I am not sure how I am going to celebrate, but I will enjoy the day off that is for sure. After my long run yesterday, my legs actually feel really great this morning. I can’t stress enough how doing things like stretching and foam rolling really help with the recovery process.
