Well how are you today? Did you survive the feast from Thanksgiving dinner?? With the lungs that I have been coughing up, I haven’t had much of an appetite so I think that I did alright.
So today is Friday and I haven’t ran since Sunday. When I woke up Tuesday morning, I had planned on running the two miles on my schedule, but by the time that I got home I felt horrible and was running fever. Wednesday rolled around and whatever I have had settled into my chest. Every night I would just tell myself to assess my body when I woke up the next day and go from there. What has it told me? Rest. I am not sure what is going on, but I don’t really want it to turn into pneumonia. So I am going to listen to my body and give it what it needs.
I am excited to share some pretty cool news with you. I am going to be an Elf! Need me to explain??
Elf For Health Challenge:
This is a six week challenge that starts this coming Monday thru the first week of January. Throughout the six weeks there will be daily tasks, daily winners, prizes, weekly newsletters and lots of support.
It’s still not to late to sign up, but if you can’t do all six weeks the challenge is broken into three different rounds so if you can’t make it the first round, jump in on the second!

Still going to be assessing the way that I feel to determine whether I run or not. Do I like not being able to run….you bet, but I also don’t want to put myself in a situation where I can’t run for a long time.
