50/10 Full Body Circuit Workout

Afternoon!!    I just wanted to pop in and let you know what my workout ended up being…..  I found this 50/10 full body workout on Lindsay’s Fuel My Family blog and thought that I would give it a try!

 

This is how it goes:

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 pushups
  • 50 bicycle crunches
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 seconds wall sit
  • 10 chair dips
  • 50 squats
  • 10 side planks with dip (10 each side)
  • 50 seconds spider planks
  • 10 lunges (10 each side)
  • 50 mountain climbers (each side)
  • 10 full body crunches

 

Repeat 3 times with 1 minute rest in between

 

Let’s just say that I was a complete mess when I finished.  Oh.my.Lord.  The last set of mountain climbers was pretty tough.  They are not my favorite by any means.  :)
