Afternoon!! I just wanted to pop in and let you know what my workout ended up being….. I found this 50/10 full body workout on Lindsay’s Fuel My Family blog and thought that I would give it a try!
This is how it goes:
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 10 pushups
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 10 burpees
- 50 seconds wall sit
- 10 chair dips
- 50 squats
- 10 side planks with dip (10 each side)
- 50 seconds spider planks
- 10 lunges (10 each side)
- 50 mountain climbers (each side)
- 10 full body crunches
Repeat 3 times with 1 minute rest in between
Let’s just say that I was a complete mess when I finished. Oh.my.Lord. The last set of mountain climbers was pretty tough. They are not my favorite by any means.
