Training class and calories burned?

on February 21, 2012

Hello!  I hope your day was awesome!  I was able to sleep in this morning and it was lovely.  🙂  Once I made it to work, the morning went by pretty fast.  We are in the process of making some changes where I work and I had to attend a training class at our main office in Little Rock.  I don’t know if I have ever told you or not, but where I live is a rather small town.  🙂  Getting to travel to the “big city” is exciting!  lol! Anyway, here are a couple of pictures that I took….

When I got home from work today I had a package waiting for me!  Don’t you just love getting things like that in the mail?!  🙂

I recently found a website called Iherb Natural products and More!  I love it!  They have tons of stuff that you can choose from, like vitamins, supplements, health, sports, and beauty products.  Well, here is what I ordered:

  1. PB2
  2. PB2 chocolate
  3. Garlic gold Nuggets: Italian herb
  4. Nutritional yeast

I am pretty excited about the PB2.  I have seen this floating around the blog world and couldn’t wait to order some.  It’s only 45 calories per serving.  (which is 2 tbsp)  It comes in powder form and you simply add water to it.  It’s really good!

I picked up the most recent Fitness Magazine the other day and I found the coolest article in it.  They asked more than 100 people to test the latest fitness DVD’s and give their results.  Have you ever wondered how many calories you are burning when it comes to a fitness DVD.  They also included this in the article.  Results may vary, but I would think that it’s pretty close.

That PB2 looks cool. I guess you could easily add it to smoothies too. I don’t drink coffee too much, but I love iced coffee smoothies in the summer and I really like to add peanut butter. This would make it easier!
