Monday…..Really? Don’t be cruel.

What up yo!    Lol….:)  Yes, it’s definitely Monday.  Monday Monday.   It’s such a love hate relationship.  Love it because it’s one day closer to the weekend.  Hate it because the weekend is over.  🙂

 

 

 

Breakfast:

 

I don’t think I will ever be tired of this breakfast.  It’s my favorite.  Really, it is.  🙂

I think I probably dream about this meal all of the time!

 

 

 

Lunch:

 

Gluten-free toast, tuna salad (from yesterday) Pop chips and half an apple. I only ate two wedges of the apple because I got really full!  This was a good lunch!

 

 

Workout:

My plan today???  I am going to do Jillian Michael’s Shed and Shred.  I really like this workout!  You don’t really use weights during the workout…it’s mainly cardio.  I will be doing some strength training on the weekends.  The workout is about 40 minutes and this includes the warm-up and the cool-down.  Trust me, I was drenched in my own sweat when I was done!

 

 

 

Food!!  I have done really good today!  And hope to continue on the momentum this entire week.  I have stuck to my plan of getting in my water.  80 oz’s a day baby!!  One that includes my probiotic.
