….Have breakfast for dinner! Today was probably the longest of the entire week! I couldn’t wait to get home today! :) We were really, reeeaaallllyyyy busy today and I really don’t remember any of it! Lol.
The day started with my alarm going off at 5:00 am and then turning it off. Hehe. I did manage to crawl out of bed around 6:15 and hit the floor running. One of the things that I had to do this morning was put some fresh water for the outside dog. Bless his heart it’s SO hot out there!!
Once I got to work it was all business! Well, sort of. I was in an exceptionally great mood today. It did get kind of hectic when our system went down a couple of times late this afternoon. Let’s just say I was glad to get into my car to go home!
I walked in the door and changed into my workout gear right away. I love how a workout always makes me feel!
I had some leftover Kodiak pancakes that I had in the freezer, so I heated them up and added some White Chocolate Wonderful, chia seeds and some SF syrup. This was SO good!
I did manage to get some fruit in today!
After my workout I did a couple of things around the house and worked up a major appetite! When all else fails, eat breakfast. 1 egg, egg whites, spinach, two slices of Canadian bacon, 1 slice of provolone cheese. Um Um Good.
What now?? Hmm?? I am not sure, but I really just want to relax. I started that new Nicholas Sparks book and I am really liking it, so I might just read for the rest of the night. I just want to tune things out for a bit. Ever feel that way??
