Hello! So how is your Sunday going so far? Mine has been great! I got up pretty early this morning so that I could get my long run in an6.2d I am excited to tell you that it was great! I felt amazing the entire time! 6.21 miles. My legs felt great and I concentrated on my breathing the entire time. <Something that I have been really working on.
So let’s break it down shall we:

Total average pace: 9:36
I think that every run is a lesson learned. Even if you only run .50 a mile, you can still take something from that. I fueled my body really well yesterday and this morning I felt amazing.
For breakfast this morning I downed a protein smoothie:
This was very filling!
Once I finished my run, I did a little foam rolling and some major stretching. I will probably do some yoga before I go to bed tonight. The legs do feel a little tight.
I have been craving salmon patties for a while now, but never really had the ingredients to make them. Well, I actually did!
I think that I inhaled this. I also had some more veggies with cheese and some sweet potato wedges.
It’s really cool here today and I am loving it! It makes me want to dig out all of my winter clothes. Almost. :) I sure would love to have had a long sleeve shirt on this morning in church. It was a little nippy.
Today in Sunday school we talked about how Jesus was tempted and the fact that if He can overcome those temptations, we can. There is nothing to big that we can get through if He is with us. And He is with us.
