21 Day Challenge Day 5

I wanted to do a separate post for this and I also wanted to try out Windows Live Writer.  Smile 



Day 5 of the 21 Day Challenge is:


Make your goals for the week!  Make them reasonable and commit to completing them.


  1. Eat more consistently.  This, by far, has been the most difficult.  Sometimes my job forces me to not eat at the times that I would like to eat.  Or, I am too busy to even get a snack in and then I feel like I am starving by the time my next meal comes around. 
  2. Get more water in.  Water Water Water
  3. Go to bed at a decent hour. 


Well, there you  have it.  Easy right?  I wanted to only choose a few as to not overwhelm my brain.  Smile

    Great goals Brandi – I bet a lot of us have similar plans that get swept aside by life getting in the way! Sleep is a big one for me at the moment too.
