Well, this day is almost over and the new week is about to start. I wanted to give you guys an update on the Elf 4 Health Challenge and get us started on tomorrow’s challenge.
Elf 4 Health Week One:
Meatless Monday. So the challenge was to go meatless on this day. I found out that this isn’t all that hard for me. The only time I think that it would have been a challenge would have been at dinner, but it wasn’t. I loaded my plate with orange! Carrots, sweet potato’s, and broccoli.
Send a card or a handwritten note to a friend. I chose a good friend of mine that recently moved to Ohio!
Try a new workout today!
Get up 15 minutes early for a time of reflection. I feel ok saying it here now, but lately I have felt kind of sad. I am hoping with the change of job scenery and interacting with new people will help.
How many colors can you eat for the day? Um, I found this challenge to be just that……..a challenge. I am such a creature of habit, so I tend to eat the same thing. A lot. This day was also an emotional day for me so getting in my colors was pretty difficult. I was so happy to see all the other Elves and their colorful meals though!!
The weekend challenge was to clean out your closet and whatever clothes you want to get rid of take to Good Will. Not technically a fail, but I don’t have any clothes to get rid of.

Track your fiber for the day! Shoot for 25-30 grams!
