Grapefruit Me.

Morning Wednesday!   How are you?  It’s hump day and Saturday still seems so far away!   It’s been a great week, but I feel kind of tired this morning.  When I got up yesterday morning, the first thing that I did was this:

 

Workout:

 

50 Jumping jacks

5 push-ups

20 crunches

20 Mt climbers

30 second plank

7 burpees

 

Twice.

 

Well that will wake ya up!   Smile

I had to take a trip down to our main office yesterday to take an IRA training class.  We have to make sure that we take refresher  classes on some of the products that we offer.  IRA’s just happen to be one of them.  We have to make sure that we can better assist the customer when they come in to visit us.

Before I went to bed, which by the way was at like 9:30, I wanted some tea…

I had t be at the training class at 8:30, so this meant getting up extra early to get on the road to make it.  Geeze la weeze, it was just after 4:00 when I got up!  Which really doesn’t bother me because I like to get up early to get my day started, but whew this would explain the going to bed before 10:00 last night. 

I did do another workout before I went to work yesterday:

 

2nd Workout:

 

3X Tabata 20/10

Squat jumps

push-ups

burpees

mt climbers

switch jumps

tricep dips

plank

bicycles

 

I set my online Tabata clock for 20 seconds on and then 10 seconds of rest.  Perform each move through and then repeat the whole session over again. 

 

 

 

Today:

 

Today I want to concentrate on feeling engaged with my customers and co-workers.  Since transferring to this current location, this is a lot easier.

  5. 4am is really early!! I like getting up early too, but not that early 😉 It sounds like your new workplace is working out so well though – I am sure your latest goal will be extra worthwhile given the new location!
