Morning sunshine!! Oh wait, you have been hidden from us for a while now… The last time that we had sunshine was Friday…..I think. It’s supposed to be cloudy and rainy for the next two days and then hopefully will taper out. I need sun!!
My night was pretty low-key yesterday in that I spent most of my time at church and had a wonderful time. We are starting a couple of bible studies and I pretty excited about them. One study is connected to the movie October Baby in which we will discuss how beautiful life is. The other study will be surrounded by Christ’s final week, Passion week. Excited!
Let’s finish the eats from yesterday….
Snack:
I knew that I would be hungry before I got home from church so I packed one of these Special K protein shakes… So good.
Lunch:
I was trying to figure out what I was going to have for lunch yesterday, and this popped into my head. I took a small crust and added the following:
- spinach
- broccoli
- chicken
- shredded cheese
This was SO good and I am totally going to have this again!
After temperatures in the high 60’s and low 70’s, Sunday brought some colder temps…. When I got home from church, I couldn’t get warm!!
Enter tea:
Snack:
Nut butter and one banana
Dinner:
Still feeling a bit chilled, I went with some soup. Minestrone…..
Workout:
3 rounds of
15 crunches
15 burpees
15 push-ups
15 jumping jacks
15 sit-ups

It was a great weekend and I am ready to start the week! I hope you have a great day!!
Your Sunday looks lovely 🙂 I’ll be interested to hear how those Bible studies go, especially the one centered around October Baby! That movie sounded like something I would like to watch! Awesome workout, too! I love stuff like that since it’s shorter and gets you moving fast! Have a great day, Brandi ❤
