Bake With Me Tuesday

White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Cookies:

  • 1/2 cup of butter softened
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup or even 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar combined to dust the top

 

  1. Set oven at 350
  2. Crème together the butter and both sugars
  3. Add egg and vanilla until well combined
  4. Stir in cinnamon, flour and baking soda until just combined (do not over mix)
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips and then place bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes or longer to chill
  6. Once chilled form one inch balls and roll in the cinnamon/sugar combo
  7. Set on cookie sheet about one inch apart
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes

Oh my goodness these were so good!  I took them to church and they were quickly devoured.  By the kids.  And the big kids.
