Bake With Me Tuesday!

So I have a healthy cookie recipe for you today!   With just a few ingredients….

What you’ll need:

 

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts

 

I also added:

 

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cap full of vanilla
  • and 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

 

  1. mash bananas first and then mix all ingredients!
  2. Bake at 350 for maybe 10 minutes

    I think I’ve made some variation of this cookie before. Love anything with oats and bananas. You’re version looks delicious, looking forward to trying it soon.

    • I had seen it months ago, but didn’t really think that I would like it. I am not a fan of mashed bananas, unless they are in banana bread! But I really did like these cookies and they were really easy to make! Have a great day Shawn!
