Morning!  Happy Tuesday!!  🙂   Just wanted to pop in and say that I hope you have a great day!

 

Breakfast:

 

An old favorite, with some new nut butter.  Earth Balance coconut and peanut spread.  It has more a nutty flavor than a coconut flavor, but I really liked it.  It was a nice change from the chocolate nut butter. 

I also wanted to share this amazing new song by Mercy Me called “The Hurt and the Healer.”

I’m gonna need a nap

Hopefully not, but 4:00 a.m. seems like a long time ago.  😉  I am not sure what woke me, but something did, and I just couldn’t go back to sleep.  I blogged, I worked out, I ate breakfast, now I am blogging again.  🙂  The cool part?  The day hasn’t really even started yet!

I didn’t post last nights dinner, but this is what it ended up being.

I used a Flatout Flat flax bread, with lite pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, cheddar cheese (all I had), and some spinach.   It was pretty yummy!

It’s consumed me.  🙂

Since I was up so early this morning, I thought I would get my workout in and over with.  This one was 60 minutes of cardio and strength.  The Firm of course.  😉  I think the reason I haven’t gotten tired of the DVD’s is because there are so many different kinds of workouts to choose from.

Post workout I was starving, so after a cool down and a shower, I made a pancake that was pretty much perfect.

I got the recipe from  Carrot’s ‘N’ Cake and it is really good!  On top I added some Almond nut butter, chia seeds, and sugar-free syrup.  It made one large pancake and it was just the right size.  I was satisfied, but not stuffed.

Plenty of this to be had 🙂  My second cup was even better than the first.
